industry association.
It is incorporated in Massachusetts as
Reverse Engineering Forum Inc.
As of September 2003, industry activities of IWCASE, a 501(c)(6) association for promotion
of computer-aided software engineering (CASE), tools, and methods founded
in 1987, became part of the Reengineering Forum. REF will continue the Stevens Award and the
Stevens Lecture on Software Development Methods. IWCASE's STEP workshop is
now sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society.
